International shipping
After checking out with the international shipping option, we will calculate the shipping costs based on delivery location and contact you via email with guidance and a checkout link for shipping fees.
Any duties or taxes incurred will have to be borne by the buyer.
Returns
Chalk and Chakras wants you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If you change your mind about it, please email us to let us know.
We will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days, as long as the product is unused and the packaging is in its original condition (with wrapper and packed in the mesh bag). Once we receive the product, we will process the refund. Chalk and Chakras reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our return requirements.
Items should not be used or washed to be eligible for refunds and/or exchanges.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Cost of shipping of the returned and/or exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Sale items are final and may not be returned.
