You’ve seen yoga and mindfulness cards for kids from overseas. Now how about made created and illustrated right here in Singapore?

Inhale, Exhale, I am a Superhero is a brainchild of Kids Mindful Movement, an initiative started by yoga teacher Yvonne Loh to spread mindfulness to the young ones.

For this set of cards, graphic designer Garrick Tan, found inspiration in furry monster creatures of our youth from shows such as Sesame Street to show that superheroes can come in all shapes and sizes from the unlikeliest of places. And that these monsters, are just like us!

Consisting 12 waterproof cardboard story cards, this set will also challenge our children’s strength and body control as they attempt to learn these yoga steps.

Packaged in a handy pouch, it also comes with a detailed instructional booklet to guide you in the various use of these cards from imaginative play to easy mindful exercises.
